the Center City Commission works to make it easier by offering assistance and incentives for
businesses relocating to Downtown.
The CCC offers a variety of financial incentives, including tax freezes, development loans, broker bonuses, and other
forms of assistance to help you set up shop in Downtown.
The CCC also promotes entrepreneurial activity on the Main Street Mall by encouraging vendors to sell food and merchandise on the Mall
and by offering four wooden merchandise carts for rent on a weekly or monthly basis.
