The Center City Commission operations are directed and implemented by its
20-member Center City Commission Board of Directors. The board is comprised of:

10 private-sector members appointed by the county and city mayors and approved
by the City Council and County Commission;

a city mayor representative and a county mayor representative;
-
two city council members and two county commissioners;
-
and four state legislators.
A professional staff of employees handles the day-to-day operations and
provides support and assistance to the CCC Board and its four affiliate boards:
Center City Development Corporation
Center City Revenue Finance Corporation
Design Review Board
Downtown Parking Authority
Together these entities provide incentives and assistance to encourage economic
growth and development within the Central Business Improvement District.

The Center City Commission Board of Directors meets every month on the fourth Friday from January - May and the fourth Thursday from June - December. Meetings are held ay 12 noon at the CCC office, 114 North Main. For meeting information or minutes, contact Eric Robertson at 901.575.0542.
