Despite the high level of activity and growth
occurring in the Central Business Improvement District, a wide variety of space
is available Downtown - from existing 20-plus-story office buildings, to
historic warehouses, to small buildings. Prime land is also available for new
construction, ranging from one-third of an acre to more than 25 acres.
The Center City Commission Development Department offers substantial financial
incentives to assist with the procurement of property within the CBID. We also
help developers determine advantageous sites for their projects.
