The CCC offers a variety of financial incentives, including tax freezes, development loans, new retail incentives, business education scholarships for existing downtown businesses, and other forms of assistance to help you set up shop in Downtown. In addition, the CCC can also help with site selection to find the perfect work space to fit your needs.
The CCC also promotes entrepreneurial activity on the Main Street Mall by encouraging vendors to sell food and merchandise on the Mall and by offering four wooden merchandise carts for rent on a weekly or monthly basis.
