Vance Park

Vance Park is a well-maintained perch overlooking Tom Lee Park and the Mississippi River. John Medewedeff's sculpture Whirl , a public art piece commissioned by UrbanARt Commission, mirrors the eddies and whirls of the Mississippi River. The sculpture provides visitors with a shaded seat and a fantastic view of the river.

Managed by the Riverfront Development Corporation.
