Memphis Black Restaurant Week 2018 Includes Two Downtown Restaurants

From Monday, March 5 to Sunday, March 12, you can support minority-owned eateries in Downtown with special menus for Memphis Black Restaurant Week 2018.

Black Restaurant Week (MBRW) is an opportunity for Black-Owned restaurants to offer dining deals to bring in new customers and raise awareness. Scoops Parlor in South Main and The Office at Uptown are participating this year by offering Two-Course Lunches for $15 and Three-Course Dinners for $25.

Memphis Black Restaurant Week (MBRW) was founded by Cynthia Daniels & Co. who saw the need to bolster support for black and minority-owned businesses in the Bluff City. MBRW offers exposure and the opportunity to support 11 black owned restaurants, enjoying their unique atmosphere and most bragged about menus. MBRW is a uniqe exposure and engaging opportunity to empower eleven black-owned restaurants, while also introducing a new dining experience for Memphis natives and tourists.

MBRW Chicken Club Salad - $8.95
Seasoned Chicken served with Bacon on romaine and spinach with tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, shredded cheddar cheese with your choice of salad dressing

(Garlic chicken, spinach, three cheese blend in a sauce Florentine)

3. Pinch District Crépe with Creamed Potatoes
(Chopped strip steak, spinach, mushrooms, drizzled in a balsamic glaze)

4. Memphis in May Crépe with Southern Potato Salad
(BBQ Pulled Pork in a cranberry BBQ Sauce)
