Insight to Meditation

Our power of attention is very powerful. It is what we use to organize thought, act, speak and listen. Understanding how to focus, relax and direct our attention consciously can be seen as an essential component of our well-being. This group is for anyone who is interested in practicing 30mins of silent meditation twice a week every Tuesday and Thursdays, downtown Memphis.

Though the actual meeting will consist of mostly silent meditation, additional guidance for beginners is available.

Join Bryan Grossbauch and explore Meditation in a community space that all are welcome ; no prior experience with meditation is required. More about Bryan: Bryan met Michael Singer in 2003 and was inspired by his teachings. After college, he lived near Michael Singer's yoga community and attended his spiritual discourses for many years.

Bryan is currently studying Yoga from Sri Svami Purna, a Himalayan Yoga Master. Bryan is currently working as a "Marketing-Technology Geek" for large corporation in Memphis. He looks forward to wind down and explore meditation with you! Complementary Community Space No Charge. Donations Welcome.
