Ever wanted someone to demystify the real estate development process? Ever thought about developing a small real estate project on your own?
Join Urban Land Institute on March 29th for an introductory lecture on the importance of small scale real estate development, what makes a good project, how a building makes money, and how small developers interact with the broader ecosystem of professionals in the built environment. National experts from the Incremental Development Alliance incrementaldevelopment.org will provide an overview of these topics and outline how we can grow the small developer eco-system in Memphis. This is an introductory session with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the Emerging Developer Bootcamp coming later in 2017.
Please register by March 27, 2017.
Registration is $15.00 for ULI members and non-members.
