More Free Yoga & Tai Chi Series Coming to Downtown this Spring

The Downtown Memphis Commission is once again bringing FREE fitness classes to Downtown. In addition to our regular spring Yoga session - Our Yoga Downtown, every Tuesday at 6pm in Memphis Park, we are adding free lunchtime Tai Chi and Yoga sessions in UT Health Sciences Park every Monday and Thursday. OUR YOGA DOWNTOWN returns for the 2nd year back on the bluff in Memphis Park! (Front St., between Court & Jefferson)

Same awesome class. New name! Our Yoga Downtown sessions begin on Tuesday, April 3nd.

The FREE weekly yoga series will happen every Tuesday in Memphis Park, 6-7pm with Charlie Baxter Graham.

Please bring your own mat or towel – yoga surface is in the grassy area. Water and sunscreen would be good too!

Join Downtown Yoga's Milan Vigil for Free Tai Chi at The UT Health Sciences Park every Monday at 11:45am!

This class is suitable for all levels including brand new beginners to the beautiful and meditational practice of Tai Chi.
